2. Digital Products and Online Courses

2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our digital products and online courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within the 14-day period
  • Provide specific reasons for your dissatisfaction
  • Demonstrate that you have accessed and attempted to use the materials

2.2 Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used extensively
  • Customized or personalized study materials created specifically for you
  • Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional package
  • Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request

3. Tutoring and Coaching Services

3.1 Cancellation Policy

For tutoring and coaching sessions, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled session: Full refund or rescheduling option
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled session: 50% refund or rescheduling option (subject to tutor availability)
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled session: No refund (except in cases of emergency, subject to management approval)

3.2 No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled tutoring or coaching session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

3.3 Technical Issues

If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the session at no additional cost. If technical issues are on your end, we will make reasonable attempts to assist you, but cannot guarantee a refund if the session cannot be completed.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing period

4.2 Prorated Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer prorated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.

5. Group Courses and Workshops

5.1 Cancellation Policy for Group Courses

For group courses and workshops, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made 14+ days before course start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before course start date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start date: No refund

5.2 Course Transfers

If you are unable to attend a course, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, or you may request to transfer to a future course offering (subject to availability and a transfer fee of 10% of the course price).

5.3 Course Cancellation by MoneyMalay

If we cancel a course or workshop for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

MoneyMalay will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under the purchase agreement if the delay or failure is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, governmental actions, or internet disturbance.
